Rabbit Trap Hotel, ALBERT, NSW

My Great Grand Father, Harry JENNINGS, was the owner/licencee of the Rabbit Trap and the Dandaloo Hotels in the 1930's. Last time I visited the Pub, a Cricket Trophy they played for was still over the Bar. If the present Hotel owner is interested, I have a Photograph of the team who played for that trophy.

This pub has recently changed hands and decor, now has carpeted walls and chrome stools, I believe it has lost the bush pub feel, the change of management is certainly impacting on local use.

Just wanted to let you all know how so many of us here in Queensland, in little country towns like yours, are voting for Jason and praying for him to win X-Factor tonight!

He certainly has what it takes! Good luck Jason and congratulations to all the people of Albert (especially his parents) who have made him the young gentleman he is!

will be coming to albert in october for a visit to cheak out your little part of australia i seen your young country singing star and lived him and i have a brother named albert so wanna come and cheak it all out. im also working out my little backpacking trip out west in qld nsw wanna see the old pubs , even if there is no work im still coming lol
