Great place, good food, friendly people if you want a good meal and a cold beer or nice glass of wine while looking over river, the Lawrence Tavern is the place to go. Enjoy the company of the friendly locals .
Restaurant opened 7 days a week for lunch and 6 days a week for dinner (closed Monday nights)

The Lawrence Tavern is situated on the mighty Clarence River 30km from Grafton and 10 km from Maclean. It sports the wonderful character of old country pubs with some old local hats on the wall, lovely open fire for chilly winter days, beautiful open dining room and spacious beer gardens.

found the place to be full of

found the place to be full of rude rednecks......my food food was served with human hair in the salad and was just brushed off when made comment....have travelled around australia and havent been to a more unfreindly pub in my life...not recommended
