Steam Packet Hotel, NELLIGEN, NSW

Arrived, paid for the room at the bar, dog jumping all over us in the hallway, then walked up stairs to our room, found dog shit in the hallway, would never ever return.

Stayed a couple of nights at the Steam packet during Feb 2012.The discription over the phone led me to believe it would be 3 -3.5 star type.It was not even a 1 star.The bathroom door had a broken lock,the door to the verandah did not close,it was unclean with no backup toilet paper,there was a black spider in the bed the wardrode doors had no handles and the fridge was turned up so high that the milk froze.Had a meal in the pub ,my wife had to send the crumbed lamb cutlets back because they were off.By far the worst value for money accommodation ever stayed in

This pub is awesome. And Tina was the best barmaid ever!!!!! Get her back there! WE LOVE THE STEAMER!!!
