The Fire Station Hotel is a family owned and operated business in Newcastle.
Although predominantly known for being a good food hotel, the hotel also offers a generous selection Craft Beer, strictly Australian made and owned. With 10 x dedicated craft beer taps, all rotating and offering a new selection frequently.
Aside from this, the Hotel's Bistro is a large part of the business, due to our consistency, freshness, quality, large portion sizes and speed of service.
