Sunbar is located in the refurbished previous headquarters of the Daily Sun Newspaper.

Sunbar mixes a bit of everything together: a lounge bar with tapas-style meals and pizzas, a function venue that offers a range of funky cocktail-style spaces, and a formal dining room. The a la carte menu offers some inspiring and creative choices that borrow techniques from around the globe.

The Brunswick Street Bar is the main drinking area. Venture here and you'll see that the service bar is the centrepiece of the room. Take a seat at one of the streetside windows and watch the Valley bustle by, or relax on one of the sunken lounges.
