Stock Exchange Hotel, TOOWOOMBA, QLD

Attended the venue Recently and I can confidently say majority of your female bar staff members have extremely poor customer service. Expressing hostility towards patrons and each other very openly isn’t a great look for any business, bickering about who’s doing there job and who’s not, rolling eyes and making negative comments infront of customers instead of serving, treating patrons with unwelcome attitudes, these employees were rude and very unprofessional, lacked general people skills and were generally acting like they don’t want to be there and don’t have a very strong supportive team ethic. Most of your staff members working the bar on Saturday the first of August created a very unpleasant experience and lowered the atmosphere for patrons and their team members.
