Willalooka Tavern

The Tavern, located in the heart of Willalooka, is a great place to stop for a top up of fuel, food and basic groceries. You can also purchase both food and alcohol takeaways or if you have some spare time you can sit down in our bar and restaurant and enjoy fine dining and drinks.

As well as this, the Tavern can also sleep guests in modern up-to-date accommodation which includes double bed en-suites, single rooms and family rooms.

Unfriendly natives

Location is a lovely bush setting, rooms very clean but basic ( built as shearers quarters). Common kitchen was not restocked daily. We ate in the pub itself first night, which was average. Owners are a really nice friendly couple, however the manager, his wife (whos also one of the cooks) and the local drinkers dont really welcome strangers. In fact one local was quite rude towards us. Has loads of potential to be the pub in the scrub but the locals need to welcome visitors that are willing to spend money in their community. I would have given this place at least 3 stars if we had been made to feel more welcome there.

this pub rocks

this pub is awsome we go every week wether it be wednesday for the snichzil or friday night for a game of pool i recomend this pub to any one who wants to catch up with mate have a birthday or to just have fun.
