Complaint

We did lunch at this venue weekly until a change in both service and quality of food , i did explain to the quite unclean gent behind the bar that things were no longer to our liking and thats why we would no longer dine there , his reply was a simple shrug of the shoulders.

Today (Melb Cup Eve ) i entered the hotel to use the TAB facilities wanting to place wagers on tomorrows race only to be told you cant until race day , i queried that but was assured it was impossible.
We live in a remote area and on returning home i checked the TAB website which states bets can be placed today.
I have voiced my thoughts to the TAB and could never recommend anyone using this particular hotel , as they appear to not care at all about either their punters or diners.
