The Victoria Hotel, The Vic is a Rutherglen icon. This Heritage listed building has changed little over the past 140 years and is currently being renovated to reflect its former grandure. Think lofty ceilings, crackling fireplaces, gracious verandahs and a traditional Australian front bar with tap and boutique beers. We also have an impressive list of Rutherglen wines.
The Victoria Hotel offers inspired Australian dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The Hotel Bar is cosy and warm - meet up after a day out, have a glass of something lovely, a bite to eat and talk about the day. We offer warming winter meals in the Bistro and the region and seasons 'rule' in our new restaurant 'Mrs Brown'.

Australia Day

On Australia Day I, together with my son and grandson, visited your hotel. We enjoyed the tour of the hotel and were very happy with your tour guide who said that she come from Beechworth. As visitors from Queensland (grandson in Army at Bonegilla) we would encourage you to contine your enjoyable tours on a more regular basis. Your bistro meal was very enjoyable, congratulations to all of your friendly staff.

I will call again one day.
