The Grosvenor Hotel, newly renovated and rejuvenated, is now open for business.

The hotel has been landmark on Brighton Road, St Kilda East since it was first licensed in late 1800’s, in the traditional style of a Melbourne Pub. It’s now a hotel for modern life. It’s all about the good things in life: good food and drink, good service, and good value in stylish but unpretentious surroundings.

Choose from the bar and atrium, or the bistro.

The bistro, with its stylish bentwood chairs and smart Edison lights, is the place for dinner and long weekend lunches.Head chef Niko Pizzimenti brings a wealth of experience to his cooking, combining the influences of his grandmothers and his formal training. I'd sincerely like to thank your wonderful staff member (Bec I think??) who helped me out today. I'm from SA and have a friend who was sick in hospital, she arranged the delivery of a bottle of wine to my friend and absolutely made her day!

This was greatly appreciated and a fantastic reflection on your business, I think staff in most places really wouldn't have made that kind of effort. Next time I'm in Meblbourne I will definitely drop in for a drink!
