The Victoria Hotel was originally licensed in 1888, and the ensuing century saw many additions and renovations but none were as extensive and meticulously executed as the most recent renovation by the Carter Family of Toodyay. The hotel has been closed for 18 months with the belief that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right ... we’ll let you be the judge when you visit us!
