Meal

This evening I decided to have a meal at the New Hampton Hotel in Kings Cross. I ordered the $30.00 Ribeye steak cooked medium.
The meal arrived in due time, but on slicing the $30.00 piece of steak open, I was disappointed that this steak had been overcooked.
I informed to friendly bar staff at this venue and was offered a full refund my money or cook another meal for me. I declined all offers by the establishment, instead of providing feedback on the meal served to the duty manager.
While there are no complaints of front office staff there are concerns if kitchen doe not know the difference between medium cooked and well done cooked steaks.
