The Bourbon is renowned as undoubtedly being one of Sydney’s most beautiful and stylish venues. Modern and contemporary, yet casual and relaxed, the new look Bourbon still retains the same popularity it has always enjoyed over the last 39 years since its opening in 1967.

The Bourbon still retains its late night license and offers patrons a great selection of local and imported beers, wines, spirits and signature cocktails, served by our highly trained and dedicated team. Patrons can also enjoy a light snack or a more substantial meal from our fabulous bistro menu, available 7 days from midday to 10pm.
